As members of the University of Florence students are entitled to take part in its sports activities. Some activities are free while others cost a small fee, which varies according to the sport chosen.
The sporting facilities are:

1) Palazzetto dello Sport Universitario

2) Impianto Polivalente Padovani
Via Paoli, 21 - Florence

To join in the sport activities students have to provide a special card. This card can be obtained with the following documents:

1. Two photographs (passport photos type);
2. Medical certificate, (not older than 1 year), stating that the student fitness to take part in non-competitive sports )
3. A document proving enrolment at the University of Florence.
